In DingoSim, there are 4 packs called the Moonlight Fangs, the Harriets, the Silver Suns, and the Cobras. They all have their own personalities, and their own rules, and have their own territories located within the Dingo Fence. The packs are all unique, and no pack is the same. You can find their information in the Pack Information sub-board found here in the Guidebook.
To join a pack, you can join IC(make a joining thread and encounter the pack's high ranks), or OOC(input the pack's name in your character's application). When you join IC, you must contact the OOC accounts of your pack's high ranks to organize a thread. These threads are private, or if you want some other dingoes to join it, keep it open.
